Taco Bell — Restaurant in Westminster

Ordered through the mobile app today to make things easier for everyone. Got to the location, pulled forward to the window, and got no real greeting. He handed me the drinks and immediately asked me to pull out of the driveway and into the parking lot next door to wait for my food. Waited a few minutes & the food came out. Got home to find the chips are stale for the triple layer nachos, potatoes are wayyyyy over cooked so they are hard, did not get the nacho chips substituted in my meal box for which I paid extra for, taco was soggy like it had been waiting for awhile to be given in an order. This whole order was awful and this is not the first time they failed to give me the nachos instead of the cinnamon twists. I'll be going to the other location...

It's Taco Bell! What more can I say1r ? Haha. This specific one tho I like. Mainly because of the customer service I get when I go towards the evening. There's a guy that's always helpful and you can tell he takes his job professionally when in the presence of customers. The food seems fresh when I go and he never gets my order wrong either. Not typical for most Taco Bells. This evening I ate inside with the kiddos and every table was cleaned. Though we were the only ones there, usually there's trash left behind by someone. Not here. Horrible Manager at this location 04/30/23 11:20pm, he tried to keep my reipts so that I wouldn't call corporate, he only gave them back because he saw the Camera on my car so he returned the reipts, I asked him for his name and he did not give it to me he never wears a name tag ever ever, this is the second time this happens, he chose to give me what he wanted on the food screw up, super rude individual his attitude made me so uncomfortable, he never apologized ever ever, so sad because I hear it all the time from our local community the negative attitude this Manager has tours our neighbors, he probably does not live around here that is why he doesn't...
