I’m normally not compelled to leave reviews for the Dunkins that I visit. As a frequent customer of this chain my visits are rarely memorable … that was until I was served by Heather. Heather’s energy and positivity light up the lobby. She masterfully orchestrates the experience by cheerfully taking orders, curating alternatives for items that may be sold out, and making sure each customer is satisfied. I’d compare her impact to that of a great point guard running the offense or a coxswain confidently leading their crew to row in perfect harmony.
I would also like the acknowledge the rest of the staff at this location as well who were all incredibly pleasant.
I think this is a good reminder that a great customer experience doesn’t need to be found in a five star restaurant, it comes down to the effort that individuals bring to the establishment.

Read moreUnfortunately this is the only Dunkin near my house but it is the worst way start to your day. The people are beyond rude they don’t say a word to you, they’re annoyed that you order ahead. If you order food they don’t give it to you you have to ask “do you have my (x)” and then they’ll be mad at you for asking. You don’t have to like someone to be able to repeat their order to them and say you’re welcome when I’m saying thank you. It’s just weird vibes here all together from every single worker in the morning/day. I usually greet them with a smile and all but I’m sick of getting dirty looks over...
