I've ate at Paco's twice in the first week and the food, customer service and atmosphere is outstanding! The salsa is really good with the perfect amount of cilantro and spice. I ate the Westport Quesadilla with beans and rice which is so good - the shrimp inside the quesadilla was cooked to perfection! The quesadilla was big enough for two meals and I had leftovers the next day. I also had the Pork Carnita rice bowl (pictured) which was flavorful and enough food for two people. Excellent food. Love the rice bowl! Waiters were very attentive but not at all intrusive. My father enjoyed Momma Linda’s quesadilla. Brought refills and more napkins without having to ask. Booths were very comfortable and they have good solid tables. You can tell a lot of care and thought was put into the place. Pacos is what you would expect of an American Mexican restaurant. It’s the only one in Westport, and that makes it kind of nice if you want variety. It would be a great place to get lunch if you’re on a job close by. The food was fresh and hot, tasty and plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Establishment was clean and neat.
