The food was made great. The woman who made my sandwich was very friendly and courteous.
However while I was ordering there was a woman facing away from me talking under her breath. She initially told me to hold on. I'm guessing I was giving my order too quick or something. Then while the girl making my sandwich asked me yes & no questions, the lady in back was finishing my statements with "please" or "thank you". I guess she thought every single affirmation needed to be accompanied by pleasantries.
I discovered that the woman treating me like I was a petulant child was Vanessa, the manager. I asked if she spoke to all of her customers this way and she said that she was just asking me to use manners. The thing is that she didn't ask me anything. She just mumbled please or thank you at the end of my sentence each time I said yes or no. She was extremely rude and dismissive.
I have been here several times in the past and based on all my experiences up until now I would recommend this subway. I understand sometimes people have bad days but I was being friendly the entire time. If she would have listened to the whole interaction she'd have heard me say "thank you, have a great day" at the end. Instead she was rude and unpleasant from the get go.

Read moreeverytime I come here at 835 once closed no notice. then never opened past 845. they always close early and its very unprofessional. went through drive through tried saying hello for almost 5 mins then went to the window and beeped my horn. then finally after I beeped they took a fill min to unlock n open the window. my clock said after tjr finally opened the window it was 8:54 but on my cell phone it said 8:59 n they saw me turnimg to pull up n hid. anyways I said can u please make me 2foot longs quick. they said no. 1st they said they were aleady putting the food away. then the other 1 said they had alreadu put the food away. i never can ger my order in right online n once it rurns 830 u cant put order through. plus I would have called it in ahead of time. only 1 time throigg the hundreds of times we have ordered food n extra have they answered n thats because I ordered n paid for 2 otders n my mom went to pick it up n they only found 1 even though I said it was under my name or full mame or my mans name, yet they couldnt find it.. so my mom had to drive a total of 15 miles to get me n drive back to subway. so i called ledt message n they picked up phone. they after i gave em info again n they finally said oh we found it. if u close by 8:45 please...
Read moreYum, chicken juice and wet paper, the girl that made my sub was clearly new as she didn't know where the tortilla shells for wraps were, so I can't blame her for not knowing to drain the chicken juice or how to wrap the sub. I can blame the other 4 people working including one manager, that do know how and never offered to help her. Learn how to properly train your staff how to make subs please, I'm tired of throwing unedible food in the trash because of incompetent or lack of caring by the staff.
