Currently we’re heading into the new year and I must say 9ers you’ve revived your just due’s I’m a regular customer despite our past troubles with service I can’t deny the food is great. I usually get the dinner or lunch from you guys but this time as of today 11/23/24 I chose breakfast and I must say that breakfast was immaculate I loved the French toast never had French toast a day in my life but today I was so much pleased with the French toast and the spicy chicken biscui sandwich I had to call up there and tell the cook how awesome and impeccable the food was!!!!! Great job and HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 2k25 🥳/I recently encountered a very unprofessional manner from ”employee” I voiced concern that 3 of my orders were wrong and as upset as I was. I still managed to calmy request for my food to be redone without a refund to continue my service but from the lack of gratitude, empathy, as well as professionalism due to your employee attitude. I no longer decided to get my food I asked for a refund.i’d rather not spend a dime at this establishment I voiced to the young lady, there ” her attitude was nasty and how was she going to have an attitude when they were the ones that messed up the food and I not once given you a reason to be as unprofessional as you are I'm actually being nice but now I'm upset because I seen in your customer service you did not care.” very indiscreet behavior so not only my time was wasted but I feel disregarded my survey is coming from bad customer service./// Years later they are still hiring people that have the most irritating attitude and customer service food is good tho but people really need to learn how to be nice I should not get attitude because I want a simple adjustment to my sons order thankfully whoever was in the background of the call obviously needs to be the one answering the phones it’s no reason to be rude to a customer especially when that customer isn’t being rude to you and this is my 2024...

Passing through Wharton, we found the 9ers Grill. A charming walk up to order restaurant. The menu is huge with great variety. Baked desserts accompany the front kiosk area where you place your order. Food items are made to order. If you want fajitas, catfish, burgers, cheese steak sandwiches, steak, shrimp, etc., this is the place to be. It took me roughly 5 minutes to figure out what I wanted due to the variety. Ultimately, I chose the cheesesteak sandwich with potato salad (normally comes with fries) for roughly $10 as a combo. My husband ordered the chopped steak with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli, for roughly $11, and my daughter, a double cheeseburger with fries combo for roughly $10. We finished the meal off with a shared chocolate ice box pie slice. The meals were delicious. No complaints at all. I devoured the cheesesteak. Very delicious. The burger came on a sweet bun, perfectly sized and proportioned. The chopped steak wars well prepared and seasoned with only onions and peppers. The garlic potatoes were pretty heavy on the garlic and salt. This would be the only negative. The extra size of delicious fries made up fir that. All in all a great meal. Restaurant provides comfortable booths and table seating. Clean restrooms. Outdoor seating is also available. Refillable fountain drinks and tea. This was our first time at this location and my first impression was fairly good. There were a few kinks in the system that night though. Examples were that the Coffee/tea machine was broken and the repair guy had it torn apart all over the place. it also looked like there was a staffing shortage as well. LOTS of tables were dirty. We found a semi clean table after ordering our food and getting drinks but while waiting we noticed that the same guy that was clearing tables also delivered the food to the tables. Even though he might have been, I NEVER saw him clean and/or sanitize his hands between clearing tables and handling the meal deliveries. We both watched closely for a bit to see and both of us came to the same conclusion. I had the Philly cheese sandwich with fries and it was VERY good. The fries seemed to be fresh out of the fryer and the sandwich was hot and fresh. HOWEVER, it also had more oil on it than I have in my truck. I had to use a few extra napkins to compensate for the extra lubrication. The wife had a hamburger which was pretty big. She also said it was good but not "over the top" kind of good. overall I would judge our experience pretty good there. Friendly staff for the most part and "decent but fresh" food.
