McDonald's — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

Was THE worst mcdonalds ever went to ( see why below) but they improved their service with different staff thats substantially more efficient and nice. So changing to a 3.5ish because they got much better but their prices aren't really worth it anymore so might as well get a chic-fil-a or Culver's meal which are noticeably better for like $1.50 more which is why haven't gone for a while to any mcdonalds not just this one. ----previous postThe worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Went through the drive-thru and placed our order. When we arrived at the window our order was incomplete. The guy working the window said he didn't take the order someone else did and didn't know why the order was incomplete. We asked to speak to the Manger. The employee called out to Bonito. I'm guessing he was the Manger. The Manger came near the window but never spoke to us only to the employee. The employee said the manager said he needs to charge us the difference to correct our order. Your talking about a few dollar difference to correct the order that they screwed up.

Overall we spent more than 5 minutes at the window while the Manger and employee tried to figure out what to do. In the meantime the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building.

I'm pretty sure McDonald's throws out more food then that. Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional at this franchise. As a stockholder of McDonald's it's disappointing to see this type of unprofessionalism and customer service.

You are better off to drive past this McDonald's and find another...

One night I was ordering some food, and it took FOREVER for me to get the food. I also got the wrong order at the same time and we had been waiting in the rain for about 20 minutes. We asked for a 2 for 5 deal with chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder with cheese, and the sauce we said barbeque and spicy buffalo. After what I thought was going to be an endless order, I finally got our food. I was very displeased with our order and how much we're charged. They had put not one, but TWO quarter pounders for our 2 for 5 deal, and a box of chicken nuggets as a separate order. I didn't order two quarter pounders, but they gave it to us and charged us extra for the box of chicken nuggets. I only supposed to be charged $5 for the 2 for 5 deal, but I was charged and extra $5 for the chicken nuggets. It was too late, so I didn't want to start an argument and start off some drama. I didn't want the other people in the drive thru line to be waiting too long either. I went home, and can to the conclusion that at night I would never go this MacDonald's ...
