Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

Man this really sucks I just moved here and was soooooo happy that a Rosati's was near me. I ordered here before a few times now and it was good but the last one was really weird I ordered a "regular" Hawaiian pizza and they brought me this Hawaiian pizza with barbecue sauce. Well I didn't even know what it was so I called them right away and the person that was on the phone took care of me in fact he did a great job Pizza is on its way!!!! Great no big deal but then at the end of the call he said hey my manager wants to talk with you.

Now I'm thinking since I order there so much he was going to get on the phone and say sorry about that... we will get this to you right away or sorry here is a coupon or something like that but it totally went down hill.

First he started to explain to me how what I order is not Hawaiian to them and that I did not order it right, second he continued to tell me that I should have said you did not want bbq. Third * stop there is no third I didn't know Hawaiian pizza had bbq Ok and since I'm getting a lesson from you on what a Hawaiian pizza does or does not have... here is a lesson on customer service and satisfaction 1 star for you and come get your "Hawaiian Pizza". I will order it from someone else.

Ps I also ordered a chocolate cake from them; it was frozen solid. I took a picture it literally had ice crystals...

We usually don't order from Rosati's, but we wanted something different this day and we had a coupon for a very small cheese pizza for free. We ordered a 18 inch so we can get the small cheese. On that 18 inch we got half jalapenos and all sausage. They said It would took 30 min for pick up, it was Sunday. That's kinda Linda we thought for pick up. Anyway we pulled up at 20 min and my brother who was with me saw 2 boxes sitting on the counter between the kitchen and the from regester and said" That's probably ours" I said " nah it way early and it's gonna get cold up there" Well I went in and ask for my pizza and he was right it was ours. I asked if they had anymore of those free pizza coupons and the girl said "no. You have to get those in the mail. " I said" That's a shame". I got home, yes it was cold so we had to warm it up. I live about 5 minutes from Rosatis. The pizza was very good if you like your pizza with your jalapenos. The half pizza was drowned with them!! I to take a picture of it cause on just one piece the average piece had 7 pieces of jalapenos. I don't know about anyone else who like hot stuff but I also like to taste the food with my peppers. Anyway besides that the pizza was very good and the crust was perfect. Rosatis is the way to go if you like thin...

My boyfriend and I have been ordering from Rosati’s in Arlington Heights for yearssssssss — and let me tell you, it NEVER. EVER. MISSES. Every single time, it’s like the pizza gods smile down on us because it’s just that good. The consistency of deliciousness is honestly what keeps us coming back again and again (and again and again).

Now here’s the thing — I’m very particular (okay, maybe a little weird 😅) about my pizza sauce. I always order light sauce, and Rosati’s delivers every single time. Literally. Not once — I repeat, NOT ONCE — have they messed it up. I’ve had way too many sad, soggy, sauce-overloaded slices in my life to take chances, but Rosati’s gets it perfect. Every. Time.

The crust? Golden and just the right amount of chewy. The cheese? Melty and magical. And the toppings? Always fresh and flavorful. It’s like they’ve found the secret formula for the perfect pizza.
