The wait time at this establishment is ridiculous. Not enough staff during high peak hours. The line is at least 5 people deep inside the establishment, with no one at the registers. Everyone is helping staff working the very long drive thru line. There is only one person at a register, they need at least two. If you are like me, you check the order, be sure you have what you ordered. Since its late, you might check rather quickly. I always check the bag, to be certain I have eating utensils and condiments requested, however. Not until I am at work, do I find part of my food order always missing. This happens frequently at this establishment. Be sure to check your order thoroughly before leaving. I didnt do that the first few visits. You will be terribly disappointed when you find half your food missing. Here are some examples: I have asked for 2 strawberry jellies to be told, there is one grape and one strawberry already in the bag! That's nice, but I want 2 strawberry, NOT grape. What gives lady?? Thats like asking for ketchup and someone saying "well there is mustard already in the bag". Two different things lady!!! Wouldn't budge on it! I offered to give back the grape. LOL She never gave me my strawberry jelly. âč I order the big breakfast. Hot cakes, hash browns, sausage, egg, and biscuit. One of the items is ALWAYS missing. I understand mistakes happen, but its EVERY VISIT!!! This is the only place I pass on my route to work. Its my only option, or go out of my way to another spot. I'm considering this....if I'm always going to wait 15-20 minutes, be missing food I paid for, and be unsatisfied...why not drive 15 min someplace else and at least get the right order. This place is s-l-o-w and has terrible service. If its possible, wait till you get to the next McDonald's, 10 mins...
Read moreFirst and foremost thank you if you're reading this review. So the #1 problem with this location is that the McDonald's is attached to a few other stores so it causes a huge wrap around the building line and it can take a good while to get through most of the time I've been nearly late for work a couple of times when I could've been 20-30 minutes early being that my place of work is only a few minutes away. The next issue is the drive thru speaker system set up itself. Most McDonald's these days have two lanes to order from to help move the traffic as well as get orders in quicker. This location has two set ups as well but only they are not split into two lanes making it impossible to accomplish that goal so I am clueless as to why they even put in two places to order at. Now with all the negatives out of the way I will say the staff seems nice and once you do get to place an order it is ready as soon as you pull up to the pick up window so that's a plus for sure. At the present time due to covid 19 the inside is closed so I couldn't tell anybody a thing about service inside or cleanliness of the facility. If they could ever find a way to make the line move a little faster that would be great but I wont hold my breath. Mcdonalds is mcdonalds and they know regardless they're...
Read moreHad to ride up to New Cumberland Tuesday afternoon so wife decided she wanted a couple of drinks and sandwiches to go. Bad experience at Warwood McDonalds. The young lady that took order and money did be great job. The assistant manager at drive up window had serious attitude problem. We pull up to window and what's first thing to come out in heat. The ice cream cone!! She handed out and then took another 2 minutes to give out second cone. Finally got our 2 drinks basically forced out window to us and last but not our food bag was shoved through window. And no window was shut. Had to knock on window to get napkins. We parked up in Short Creek on Rt 2 to eat. What a mistake. Chicken sandwiches were all over bottom of bag. The burgers were drowning in ketchup and mustard. Finally called back to store and spoke to GM Tammy. She apologized and said she was just called in to release the girl from her position and she put a slip on shelf for our new order we have to stop and pick up. Tammy thank you for your...
