We came into red Luna taco factory on Saturday (10-1-2022). We were excited to check it out. The menu is really big (too big I want to say). My husband and I ordered the chicken tacos. Lots of veggies and hot sauce. It tasted okay, no complaints. The next morning we both felt very unwell.still do today. Nauseous, exhausted, stomach cramps, vomiting. I've worked food service for 18 years I am food safety certified. I'm sure this is food poisoning. Really sick and dissapointed. I wanted to return but now will not. We actually traveled a good 40 minutes just to eat here. Also the horchata has a funny flavor. The Agua de Jamaica was tasty. The guacamole had way too many diced tomatoes for my liking, I ended up scooping them out and added them to my taco just to make the consistency of the guacamole better.

Read moreI was reluctant to check this place out at first because of the comments I had seen online, but after seeing a post recently from Red Luna on social media that they would be closed for staff retraining and to tweak a few things I figured I would give it a try. Stopped by on a Tuesday to take advantage of daily special on tacos. (Seem to have specials most days of the week) I was really impressed, for less than $20 I was able to get 6 tacos, a plate of chips with white queso, and 2 drinks. Being it was my first time, I decided to try all 3 meat options ava. with the special: shredded spicy chicken, shredded pork, and beef. The spicy chicken was lacking the heat I thought it would have but they have an awesome hot sauce that added the heat and flavor that it was missing. Tons of fixings to choose from as well (includingsour cream), so you load those tacos. I will definitely be back again for some great food at...
Read moreWe ordered 3 fajita burritos for take out. One with an adjustment of no/little onion. The 1st burrito had dry/burnt chicken and none of the sauces/salsas that were supposed to be on it were on it. The second burrito was fine, except they forgot to add the sour cream to it. The 3rd burrito that was supposed to have little/no onion had mostly onions in it! It literally had 2 pieces of small dry chicken, rice, beans, cheese, lettuce and an entire cooked onion. My taste has been off since having Covid a year ago and I still can’t handle the taste/smell of onions. I feel like this was intentional since the other 2 didn’t have anywhere near the amount that was in the 3rd one. We more than likely won’t be back or recommending to anyone in the future. We have ordered from Red Luna before and it’s usually been decent service but this was unacceptable. Not sure how to post the...
