Fat Pappy's — Restaurant in White Bluff

Terrible service. Terrible management. Wife calls in a pizza, which is our first here at ppappys. They said 2 pizza and a pound of wings will be ready in 30 mins. I showed up in 40 mins and they have the pizza tuck to the side and said wings will be done shortly. I ask, how come they aren't ready and the woman at the register said he made them in the wrong sauce that he cooking more now. I look back there and he's just now starting the wings. I ask could I have the other wings, since I'm having to wait now. The lady at the register says I don't know where the wings are. Literally as she says this the cook walks up with the wings and open the tray saying sorry I made them wrong. I said its OK, could I keep those since I'm having to wait. The woman then says, " I don't know where the wings are." I asked what do you mean, there right there. He just showed them to us. She says dont be rude to me and talk "raw" to me.. i was baffled. She proceeds to walk off. I asked a guy who was sitting down in the kitchen on his phone most of the time, if he could tell me if management was available. Ofcourse this guy says he is the manager 🙄 . How was he silent this whole time??? I asked him since I've been waiting 15 minutes for my order that was supposed to have been ready, if I could have those messed up wings. He then says , " you don't want those wings, he already started picking at them." Wow! I said I don't want any wings at all just give me a refund. He says that it was a Sunday special and only could partially refund me . $3.00. 3 bucks after dealing with the most depressing looking people everr. Waiting 25 mins for wings that was supposed to be ready 35 minutes prior. 3 bucks. Like no one wanted to be there nor acknowledge simple , bare minimum customer service . Bout time i got home our pizza has been cooling for over an hour before we even had a slice. Just an awful experience. Yo we never ever had this problem at Paul's across the street nor jonah's. I always thought that pizza place looked suspect. After 5 years now living in the area. I now know why. I l almost never take the time to write a thorough review but this experience has motivated me to get the word out to stay away...

Great little small town famoly shop. Very nice people. My wife and I came last night, we got the 8" tomatoes basil (loved it). The only pizza I have ever eaten where I didn't feel sluggish and weak after eating. Not greasy at all. The wall paintings were great, the t-shirts were funny.

The only advice I would give them is they should put up a sign that says "last order will be taken at (this time)" after we finished eating I went to go order a pizza to go and I was told they weren't taking anymore orders. It was 10 minites before close, which is fine, but if I knew that I would've ordered my to-go order sooner.

The pizza looked good on Google so we decided to take our family of 4 to try the pizza here on a Saturday afternoon. We drove 45 minutes and we were excited to try this place. We walked in and there were no customers. We were never acknowledged upon walking through the door or leaving. The tables were dirty. An employees was using profanity in front of our children. I went up to order at the big sign that says order here. No one came over. I stood for several minutes. They saw me standing there and everyone walked away. We will not ever be back. I do not recommend anyone going out of their way to experience Fat Pappy's in...
