Visited Fat Tiger Korean BBQ in White Bluff, TN. This place serves up authentic Korean cuisine with incredible flavors. You can tell they put a lot of effort into the design of each dish and sauce so they complement each other while filling you up! The owners David & Starrlite are so welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. Our servers Morgan and Jody took our orders, answered questions, made recommendations, and took great care of us. For an appetizer…the Boneless Korean Fried Chicken with the Soy-Garlic-Honey glaze on the fried chicken is amazing…this could be a meal all on its own with some sticky rice. The Bulgogi dish was simple yet so good with thinly sliced beef that was fork tender and flavorful. LOVE the sticky rice here, and if you drizzle a bit of their Fat Tiger Aioli sauce on it, puts this rice over the top! The Bibimbap is huge and the flavors of the pickled/cold items and the warm rice and meats is a delightful mix of flavors and sensations. I even tossed in some of the Korean Fried Chicken…next time I order this dish I will order a side of the fried chicken to add to it. For dessert tried the Deep fried Nutella rolls…tempura fried rolls with Nutella and powdered sugar…they are delicious. Also took an order of the Galbi-jjim (braised short ribs) to go, I wish I had taken two servings. You can literally slide the bone out of the rib with no effort, the meat is that tender. The flavors of the meat, sauce, veggies, and rice reminds you of an old school New England Pot Roast with a slight kick. I’m sure this dish takes a lot of work to create…but in the end the outcome is delicious. Great food, friendly service, in a warm and inviting location makes the drive for such great food well worth it!

We randomly stumbled upon this place online and found out it was almost an hour away. All the reviews and pictures of the food looked so good that we finally made the trip out! We ordered the Fat Tiger Loaded fries, boneless Korean fried chicken, spicy pork, and slow cooked kimchi and pork. When the food came out, my stomach let out the biggest growl. Everything smelled so good. Fries were hot and crispy, the flavor of the kimchi and pork stew on top was divine. And the fried egg with the runny yolk... I'm getting hungry again just thinking about it haha. The boneless Korean fried chicken sauce was on point! It was spicy, sticky and so good! We did wish it was a bit crispier though. The spicy pork was delicious - it was cooked perfectly and just spicy enough where you want to keep eating it and it doesn't hurt your mouth! The slow cooked kimchi and pork was perfect the day we went - it was rainy and gloomy. The dish came out hot and steamy. It was like a stew with rice - warm and comforting. The place itself was cute and homey! It was decorated for the holidays and had a few funny cat pictures too. I do wish it was a bit closer to us, so we would be able to go more often. But we'll definitely make the trip back for the food and people there! tldr- Fat Tiger is well worth the hour long trip. Go try their food!

Friendly & helpful staff. Was blown away by how flavor packed everything we ordered was. My hunny's 2nd visit & he couldnt stop talking about & re-ordered the bulgogi fries. (He drooled a little on the drive there.) I got the Korean fried chicken. Crispy/crunchy perfection. I got 2 sauces on the side & loved both of them. Dessert was buttery delicate lemon curd tart. We liked it so much, got another one for home. Big YUM Same delicious food when we brought more friends along. Shared the tempura sweet potato app & even though they dont like s potatoes, they loved it! The sauce on it is super good-zingy, sweet n spicy. We all shared the shrimp burger. My 3rd time getting it & it was large, full of shrimp flavor & juicy as always. We all learned we cant handle the Korean spice on the spicy pork dish. & the 2 younger kids (5 & 3yrs)loved the rice & bulgogi meat but especially the tempura s potatoes & loaded fries. The baked goods- large & extra thick soft frosted lemon cookie was amazing & fudgy(slightly underbaked-our fav way) but we werent fans of the s'more cookie. Its the only thing we didnt devoure. Service, as each time, was helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. btw- their chairs have changed from our last dine in & are so much better & more comfy.
