Where to begin because there is so much wrong with this McDonald's. To start your wait in drive thru is always 15+ minutes a lot even when there's only one or two cars. Check your order because it is probably wrong then when you do get it 90% of the time the food is hard and cold. The ice cream / shake machine is not working half the time. I literally 95% of the time give my little house dogs the fries except the hard ones because they can't even bit them. (They love french fries) We've order a big breakfast during the day and got eggs they use on biscuits and they where burnt and hard as a rock and the same with the biscuits. We hit the biscuits on the edge of our counter and they would not break so we throw them out. Nope my dogs didn't even get this crappie food. We are finally going 14 miles into Dickson to get food you can eat. I recommend our Subway! This is a new remodeled store a couple years back and with in a few months it was nasty, the employees are out in parking lot smoking and being loud with each other or their friends that hang out and inside making it uncomfortable. Employees talk with other staff or their friends hanging out by the time you leave or get through the drive thru you know all their personal business instead of waiting on customer in front of them. I'll stop there but there is so so much more. McDonald's please listen to all of us customers because we deserve better this is the only fast food we have here other than Subway. If any other, any, fast food came into our small town guarantee they will cut your sales down to the point that maybe then yall hear our complaints! Sorry so long just...
   Read moreI just went through the drive-through at the McDonaldâs in White Bluff, Tennessee. I asked the employee over the speaker if I could get a big Mac number one combo and can they just leave out the middle part of the bun they said no we canât do that. I just said all youâre doing is removing the piece of the bun and not putting it on there at all, we canât do that food cost to waste. I told them I used to run and manage restaurants for 21 years and that middle piece of the bun is not going to affect your food cost because when I purchased the combo Iâm paying for that bun. All I asked was just for them to remove the middle piece of the bun , and they said they couldnât do it. I asked if that was a manager on the headset he said no so obviously there was no managers wearing a headset to acknowledge the conversation over the headpiece. Otherwise, if you were truly running your restaurant correctly, you wouldâve heard that conversation and you shouldâve stepped in and handled this conversation so the customer could get , what they wanted to order which is a simple request. So it sounds like management is not involved in handling customer service request because they were not listening. And this was at 2 oâclock in the afternoon on a Saturday.    Read moreBy far the WORST McDonaldâs experience in my 55 years on this earth. Was in drive thru, instantly got parked waiting on fries (we were the only ones to be parked). Sat there for 13 minutes watched 7 other cars go thru drive thru behind us. They finally brought our food but no drinks! So we waited another 4 minutes then I went in and they had not even finished making our drinks yet. I said to the manager who was standing at the counter in front of me, this was ridiculous sh*! I didnât say it to loud but yes I said it. The manager exploded and proceeded to yell at me in front of all the customers in the store that I would not be allowed to cus in front of the children in the store, then threaten to throw me out of HIS store without my drinks. He continued to humiliate me until I was out the door. Terrible management skills!!!!! Very aggressive manager/owner.!!!!!!! HE as the manager should have Deescalated the situation instead of ESCALATING it! We will never spend another penny at that McDonalds again.!!! We will drive out of our way to frequent another chain.
