Paul's Pizza Palace — Restaurant in White Bluff

I lived in KingstonSprings on 70 hwy for 30 years and Paul’s pizza was our go to pizza place for many of those years .. I can’t express enough the amazing food these people have and at a descent price.. I was reading the reviews and I think most people agree that their food is great .. The one bad review I saw was hilarious because the individuals complaint was about how their sandwich or something was made wrong so many times over and over and how they really HAD considered not going there anymore but they didn’t say they wouldn’t because they also know that nobody has better and anybody can have a couple of bad nights and get an order wrong or it could have even been somebody training but regardless they just thought about not going back but I bet they did ..lol I’ve moved a good distance away and I still drive all the way back to white bluff if I ever want pizza because nobody makes it better and (at least in my experience) they always gets my order right but even if they didn’t I’d still...

Called in my order, picked it up, got home and my pizza was missing black olives. Not a big deal right? I called them back to get refunded because I paid extra for that topping. Girl answers the phone asks my name and what I ordered and says we can credit you or remake it. I said "I don't want to come back just credit me". She places me on hold while she talks to the manager. She can't find my order (just left 15 minutes prior). I repeat what I ordered and the price, she rudely corrects me on the cost, tells me they can only remake it and I have to come back. I ask for the manager because she already told me what she could do and refuses now and then she says well I am the manager. I asked for her name, she says "I'm not giving you my name". Needles to say, the customer service from this girl specifically was terrible. Was it only a couple bucks maybe... yah but this review is for the owner to see how their employees are treating their customers, I will no longer be getting my pizzas...

Literally the best piece of pizza that has ever touched my tongue. From the stringy, luscious cheese to the sweet savory sauce, and fresh, flavor filled topping all on fresh, perfect crust. Even their breadsticks, wings, and subs are above all other restaurants. Their customer service is A++ and you are always treated so good compared to anywhere else. You can pick up pizzas with a very short wait or you can dine in to a very comfortable dining area which completes the perfect pizza vibe this place gives off. Really hungry? They have an magnificent Wednesday buffet filled with fresh constantly replaced pizzas, salad, breadsticks, dessert pizzas and more. Way fresher than any other restaurant buffet.
