Sweet T's Gelato and Galore! — Restaurant in White Bluff

If you ever want to know what excellent customer service is, it’s not in a big or biggish city. It’s in a small town tucked away . You are greeted not in a ugh I have to greet but a genuine hello that makes you feel welcomed. Everything is homemade with natural ingredients. They are happy to help and tell you anything you want to know. Our server was Richard and not only was he excited to work there but happy to help us. We weren’t rushed and he took his time explaining everything to make sure we would be happy with our order. The place has a few retro games for the kids to play on the restaurant it self was very clean and inviting. Once we got our order he made sure to check on us to make sure we liked what we ordered. That was above and beyond for a frozen treat shop. He then was happy to answer our questions about the town since it was the 4th of July. The Gelato was delicious. It was soft and creamy without being runny. I had ordered their chocolate (which has won awards in flavor) and I back up that achievement. I also ordered the peanut butter which was better than anything Reese has put out and don’t get me wrong Reese’s are my favorite candy! Not only did he have patience with our questions he was genuinely glad to help. You can tell there’s a beautiful pride when he talked of the town and the community there. It really made us want to visit more often. He even told us of a promotion that if you ate at applebees in dickson you got (I think) 20% off your Gelato if you brought your receipt. Do not quote me on the percentage of it. Over all the experience left us happy and ready to see the festivities the town had to offer. When my family and I first visited Sweet T's, located on the quaint Main Street in Kingston Springs, we were welcomed with a bright clean shop and the heavenly aroma of fresh waffle cones. We are forever hooked on their delicious homemade ice cream and gelato. There is such a vast selection of flavors and toppings that I try a new shake every time we visit and have yet to be disappointed. We appreciate the yummy lactose free sorbet options so our toddler can partake in our family treat dates. Our children enjoy sitting at the kids table and playing the life-sized Connect Four game while eating their treats. The owner is very involved in operations and customer service. She was so kind and accommodating when we ordered my daughter's ice cream cake for her birthday. It was a highlight to my daughter's special day and we will be ordering another one for our next birthday celebration. I recently found out they make food as well so we will be trying it out soon. There's nothing better than the real deal. I've enjoyed Gelato in Italy, and was amazed. I've tried it with travels in USA at Italian restaurants, store bought advertised as authentic and nothing was nothing like what I had in Italy. Then I went to Sweet T's when they first opened in Kingston Springs, TN and followed them to White Bluff, TN. Hands down this is the best! It taste and texture is exactly like what I enjoyed in Italy, it's the real deal. It’s Italian ice cream.

Their a family owned business and are great people. I enjoy them as much as everything they make. There's other item's they make and everything I've tried is delicious, even their amazing coffee. If “T” has made her homemade lasagna you got to try it, it’s fabulous.
