Update: I am a regular customer at this location. I requested a dipping sauce for my fries. They charged me for the sauce. This is a first for me. Now not everyone likes catsup/tomatoes, so I normally eat my fries with sweet and sour sauce. It is ridiculous that you guys charge for a dipping sauce. Your company can afford to give out one sauce with a customers fries. The cost for your meals has already gotten ridiculous and now you charge for sauces?!? People are struggling out here and now an additional cost on top of the already high cost of your meals?! Then on top of it my fries were cold. I will definitely not be recommending this location going forward. The staff is still friendly and fast service. I will update my review if this policy changes. As of now 1 star.
Old review: White Pigeon, MI McDonald's has very friendly and helpful staff. The food is always really good and fairly quick service. I would recommend this store. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the TV thing. They have nice flat screens and they are set on news. However you have no idea what is going on because they do not have the closed captioning on. Any other restaurant I've been to with TVs have the closed captioning on. If you want to enjoy breakfast or lunch and catch up on the news, ain't gonna happen here, lol. Apparently it is a policy? I wish they would change this policy. Other than that...

Went to ask them what was going on and I was told they never got my order because I didn't put what spot I was sitting in on the app which doesn't ask you to put in your car spot. It says we see you were making your food. I already paid for the food too. Extremely disappointed with the way this is set up and how they handled it. I'll never use that app for them again I'll take my business else where. When my husband went to figure this mess out the manager was extremely rude, she stood half way back in the store and wouldn't even look at him when she was talking to him. I called to make sure our card wasn't charged and she told me "I don't know if you were charged, you need to look at your bank statement, I don't have your account information to do it for you" completely rude. Read moreDined in. As we waited at the register we noticed numerous people coming in that had gone through the drive thru and their order was messed up. This was causing some chaos. After we ordered we waited… I went to the counter to check on my order. An employee headed out into the dining area with a tray that looked like was our order. I headed back to the table but the person looked around and went back into the kitchen area. After waiting some more I heard the person say that they couldn’t find the person who ordered it. I got their attention and said it was me. They had thrown out part of the order so it took another 5 minutes for them to bring it to the counter. In all it took 15 minutes to get our food.
