I HAPPEN TO LOVE customer service and will not hesitate to complain if necessary. However, I believe compliments are crucial to continued customer care. Walking into any establishment expecting perfection but conducting your SELF in a rude and/or obnoxious manner is just wrong! I think it would prove beneficial for every customer to work the other side of the counter for just one week - inventory week maybe, or a grand opening week, or a holiday rush, etc. Ohhhh yeah!

I drove back in after getting home after I handed my kids and my wife sandwiches to them and saw my sandwiches and noticed that there was very little product that I requested for my order. I understand portion size and nutrition but I am not going to stand there and have the Manager tell me that the amount of veggies they put on was in fact not enough, then go on and tell me that this is reg amount is and if I wanted more to request more. Yea that will work if they actually read the tickets that state extra. They have never put more when I have requested. She could have said yes let me add some more on there for you. No not once. She wanted to talk about her son and being Diabetic and Nutrition. The last 4-5 years have been just terrible. They have lost 4 customers. Never going back. Sad cause there's really nothing else except KT and the Thai place in town. This has been an ongoing issue. Arcadia location is not any better. For the amount we have to pay this is just crazy. We did an order online showed up right when it said it was going to be done and the guy told us it was almost done as it was not, hadn’t even started them yet. We sat there and watched him make 2 subs and finally got our order 15 minutes later which whatever would have been more fine with it but there wasn’t a single person in there. I’m very glad we weren’t eating there, the place was a disaster, food and chips laying on the floor under every single table and back behind where the workers are floor don’t look like it’s been cleaned in months. DISGUSTING. To top it off got home and my sub wasn’t what I order....
