Wendy's — Restaurant in Whitesburg

Assistant manager (wearing a Wendy's polo) was behind the counter running the register talking to an employee when my pregnant wife and I walked through the door, as she looked up and seen us she never said a word, turned and waked back and put on gloves (didn't wash her hands) and statyed making sandwiches. After a couple minutes one of the guy on line making sandwiches looked at me and said "it's going to be a while". During our wait the guy that told us it would be a while was the only Wendys employee to acknowledge a young girl when she came to the counter asking for a straw. Wasn't over impressed here for a start the air conditioning was far to cold,people were shivering, but the staff didn't look as if they really cared. The food was very basic, they were advertising grilled chicken with advacado, but the chicken had a weird taste to it,why not say what it was being cooked in.,we couldn't eat it,just grill it plain it was spoiled, we also had to wait nearly twenty mins for our cookie ice creams even though the waitress said she would bring them out to us as soon as the freshly baked cookies had cooled down,she forgot. I went in and ordered a $5 biggie bag everything was okay while waiting for my food because I ordered it fresh I saw the young lady pick up a nugget and put it in my carton I assumed it was only three when I got my bag I began to eat my fries and when I reached for my nuggets the first 3 were fine unbeknownst to me the last one was spicy.
