Skyline Chili Miamitown — Restaurant in Whitewater Township

I've been to this location twice and the first time they got it right with the extra chili that I asked for on my cheese coneys. I came back today and the girl behind the counter like all the other kids that work there like to talk real fast but they can't comprehend when you place an order they repeat every single thing that I ordered and she still forgot onions and had to go back and add those. This time I paid extra dollar 40 for extra chili and it was just the usual amount I don't understand the inconsistencies from day to day server to server. There's way too much clowning around and unprofessionalism going on and I really don't understand why they're 10 employees working in the dining room when there are six cars in the parking lot. I'll keep coming back because I know the odds are it'll be alright at least every now and then. You would think that they would put the top producers on the shifts for a new restaurant, but I do understand you're going to get what you pay for when you hire children...

The service is spectacular. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and immediately got our drink order. Since we’re skyline veterans we already knew what we wanted to order. Even though it was extremely busy when we arrived, we had our food within minutes of placing our order. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The quality of food was exactly what you would expect from Skyline. Consistent and delicious. Steaming hot chili with cool and fluffy Skyline Cheese.

The experience was one of a kind. The new Miamitown location has plenty of parking and an amazing interior. It has a modern and sleek design but still retains the nostalgia we all know,love, and expect from Skyline Chili.

Excellent experience. They gave me no hassle with my service dog. The food was great and interestingly, they served Coke products instead of the usual Pepsi.

The whole place was well organized and had a lovely design. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a much needed place of respite after an exceedingly long day.

Thanks for always being a good time Skyline, even if people don't like Cincinnati chili 😊

My go to order is 2 cheese coneys all the way, chili cheese fries, and a large to-go size Diet Dr. Pepper. The oyster crackers are awesome and if you are slick you can add their hot sauce to the crackers. It's a...
