McDonald's — Restaurant in Whitney

Food was very cold, had to ask to have it remade and it was cooked again but it was about the same...some kids in lobby burping and burping off the top of there lungs and just laughing and I could see the people just looking at them but Noone said anything a customer just walked away. The manager (Kayce) was the one that I asked to have the food remade and she did not apologize or anything she just gave kind of a dirty look and one of the other guys was the one that asked the guy at the fry machine to remake the order.. I know to run a successful business you need to have good caring people by your side unfortunately I see this place loosing customers based on the way this place is being managed. I saw people just talking at the front and not even acknowledging me I had to kind of flag them down so that they could see that I needed help... the owner needs to look into this place before he ends up loosing money due the lack of professionalism these...

I used to stop there for a Quarter pounder w/cheese. That’s my favorite burger. So on this particular night it just so happened they ran out of beef patties and only had chicken. So, I was hungry and went with the chicken nuggets. Placed my order and paid and I waited and waited and waited. I was then asked to move our vehicle ahead and that they would bring my order out to me. Again I waited and waited. About 10 minutes later (mind you others are getting their order and moving on) I parked my vehicle and start to get out when a woman comes out and apologizes for the long wait. She tells me they have new people and that my order was dropped not once but two times. Again she apologized. So I get in my vehicle and check my order and it was wrong!! Trust me I was so 😡. I asked for the manager and explained what happened and I got a refund. I will...

This is one of the few McDonald's that you won't get basic consistency of service, quality or even menu. They don't have an ice cream machine...its been down for years. The owners here are absolutely not in compliance with McDonald's standards and if there was more options in Whitney they would have gone out of business in my opinion. I went in the other day and placed an order in the dining room...a basic one person order with no complications or substitutes. I was the only one in line and the drive through wasn't crazy busy. I waited nearly 45mins. I got half my order after a half hour and waited an additional 15mins for my drink...a regular cold beverage. I don't plan on returning in the future for anything except possible the oatmeal.
