Bee's Rolled Ice Cream — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

I will start off pointing out the fact that the ice cream was definitely good. The reason why it isn't rated 5 stars had little to do with the product and everything to do with the experience.

After reading the reviews, it seems like this shop is owned by a budding young talent. If I would have known that on location this might have just been a conversation instead of a review. Overall, the service was extremely slow. They had two workers staffed, a trainee and what I expect is a trainer. The trainer doesn't quite understand the difference between training and belittling the other employee. After over an hour of waiting I was extremely tempted to request a refund, not because I minded the wait, but because I couldn't stand to support someone being treated that way.

I really hope this changes. I would love to support a young entrepreneur. Just some kinks that need to...
