Always issues here, either the order was wrong or they did not receive mobile order. The past two times we've gone in the evening and have been served by Colleen (if that's her name) she allways wears a band on her head and has thin eyebrows looks Caucasian.... Anyhow she is the rudest customer service server I have ever encountered!!! I don't understand how she has a job in this industry! I left it alone last time and didn't mention it; but this time I just had to rant and vent about it! After waiting over 5 minutes for our online order to be brought out (it was only drinks this time) we pushed the button she came on the intercom and said the order was not received after asking for my name and asked if I wanted to place another order; I told her we had placed the order through the mobile app and offered to give the order number; she asks again do you just want to place another order all while groaning and grunting about the inconvenience "we the customer" have caused her and didn't even offer to take the order number? Why? That may have helped.... why would I want to place another order again over the intercom and have to pay again when I had already paid through the mobile app!? I will skip this location going forward and hope she gets her act together or goes to work at a factory or something where she doesn't have direct contact with customers because she is absolutely...

Update (5 years later): Can't believe I keep giving Sonic a "2nd chance", at least nine out of 10 times they get my order wrong. Ordered a #1, premium dog with tots, and a double bacon cheeseburger with no bun due to dietary restrictions, and gave a $2 tip before delivery.
Order was repeated back to me correctly. Order was read off when delivered correctly. Open the bag and it was missing the dog and tots, and the double bacon cheeseburger was on a bun. I buzzed back and Colleen seemed miffed at ME because my order was wrong. She went in to correct it and and came back out with the missing dog (no tots) and DBCB (no cheese). She had to go back in twice more to get it right and still wasn't right but I was tired of their incompetence by then, and frankly was afraid to eat what they did finally send out.
I was never rude (unlike Colleen), and just explained that I hadn't received my entire order. She never apologized and made it clear by her attitude (and failure to ever get it right) that she didn't care if my order was right.

It happened about a month ago when the woman on the intercom ask for me to hold after about 5 minutes I tried to get their attention by saying hello and excuse me but I never got a response and ended up leaving. The second time it happened was just a couple of days ago. I pulled up to the intercom and gave the woman my order at the end she sounded very frustrated and asked me to please hold on. I ended up waiting there so long that the two people in line behind me ended up leaving and then eventually after repeatedly trying to get your employees attention over the intercom I also ended up leaving without my order. This should not be happening at all. They can't even come on the intercom to let me know that they can hear me and give me some kind of instruction? They know I've been waiting for 5 minutes and there was nobody else in line in front of me so I don't understand what the issue is.
