Bourbon Street Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Wichita

Messed up my order and then they charge me again! Poor management service and people there come off unfriendly. I can hear the cook in the background on the phone stating he was going to charge me for part of my order though it was their mistake. Will never come here again you guys are terrible not sure how you even reached 4 stars! Lol probably had their "buddies" get on here to falsely rate this catastrophe called a bar and grill......PLEASE! stay away the food is NOT great at all and the people make you feel like you're in a texas chainsaw massacre movie they're soooo strange. Sorry but I keep it real and HATE poor service. People don't come just to conversate and shoot pool you know or better yet just shut down your restaurant and keep it as a pool hall only and maybe, just maybe you'll be more successful. First experience and the last go to bionic burger instead people avoid like the plague! 9/13/2018 (edit) I recently read another comment of a review and yes this establishment seems to come off racist. I went in and because of my color I got a vibe like I don't belong but I haven't been back since my first review and never will. The "brotha" in the kitchen probably does a nice tap dance late nights but...

Update 12/04/23 ☆☆☆☆ No changes. Still great! I got the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and side salad, ice tea and a Crown and Diet... Food was good, light, extra crispy batter on the cfs but the steak itself was a little tough, but not horrible.

Update: 03/01/23 ☆☆☆☆ I still love this bar.. still great food, and people. Service was a little slow tonight, but it's not horrible. Great burger special on Wednesdays...best fried pickles in town.

If I could give this place O stars I would. Came in with family for lunch and a couple games of pool the bartender came to take our order for drinks. She never came back for our foos orders very rude as well . The pool tables where being fixed so left us with one table not even a min later a man comes and starts telling my 7 year old he's playing wrong and that he's scratching the pool table. The man was a mantiance man working on the tables.. my 7 year old wasn't didn't even get to play with me. This man was very rude and unperfesonal. All the employees were rude. We never got to eat after 30 mins of waiting we decided it was best to leave this place is racist and not a place I'll ever...
