Jamba — Restaurant in Wichita

We had never been to Jamba Juice before, first time the customer service was just horrible. We got yelled at for asking questions about the menu and then when we pull up, we see the worker say ” Sorry, the last order took forever” really loud. Sitting in the car behind, we could hear her talking about us which is just odd. As we get to the window, we asked a question and we’re given rude quick response. Honestly, a really bad first experience I was really excited to come and experience, Jamba Juice X auntie Anne’s, but the staff made us seemed Unwelcome and like we were a problem for asking questions for a place we’ve never been to before. Second time at this location 7/3/25, ☆☆☆ I went back for another lemonade and ordered a order of the mini pretzel dogs. For the price it was not worth the money (almost $8!) Barely any in the cup, and half of them were burnt, a few didn't even have hot dog inside. When I got to the bottom of the cup, there is a bunch of burnt liquid in the bottom of the cup. I'm assuming it was from the burnt part of the pretzel and the moisture off of the hot dogs. Would I recommend this again NO. However the strawberry lemonade is still a favorite and the staff were very nice!

This is the 2nd time we have been to this store. Both times we have had excellent customer service and the food has been fresh. The last visit we had a child in our car with a food allergy and the Manager came to DT window and explained what ingredients were used, assured us he would use a clean blender and was so kind and caring.
