Second edit... Giving up on this location. They improved for a while, but I literally feel like I waste money every time I go here now. 135th and Maple, Maple and West, and Central and Ridge are all far superior. This used to be my absolute favorite location and now I hate even going. I used to go out of my way to stop at this one, but I will never be back again. Upset I tipped before knowing how it would be.

Edit The service and how full they fill your $8 drink varies. I asked to have them fill it to the top belause it was almost 2 inches below the rim. She took it then she handed it back the same and asked if it was better. I just took it and left that time. Wish I hadn't tipped also, but you pay before you know how your service is going to be. Some of the employees are absolutely phenomenal, but others not so much. I wish there was consistency at each visit.

I will not be going back to the Maize location after today! This store has went down hill in the last 2 months! Drinks are getting worse each visit! Today was the worst it's ever been! I ordered a blended mocha was not even blended can't even drink it. I'm on a 6 hour road trip did not have time to turn around. But the way it's been going at that location would not have made a difference! On top of it they scanned my phone and did not even get my smiles on a $14 order! I used cash so won't be getting my point's either! I only go to this location when I'm not driving to Goddard. I will make the 6 mile drive to Goddard! It is a night and...

We ordered an xl carmalicous sub for breve extra caramel, keep the whip. What did we get in return you might ask? Water and milk, no sweetness, no caramel, no whip. Went back told them what was wrong and there was this lady with pink hair, rudest lady ever, we asked that they put the whip on it as they didn't before and she said it doesn't come with whip, only the carmalicious comes with whip, that is what we ordered. We will stick to valley center and ridge locations, maize rd location just sucks. Just didn't have to be so rude especially on someone's wedding day..
