Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Wichita

Terrible service and experience tonight. Sonic usually does really well as far as food, service at this location is ALWAYS super slow. But they give you a ton of coupons and like I said the foods pretty good. But tonight I WAS HANDED MY BAG OF FRIES AND CHICKEN soaking wet with the bottom falling out. I asked the lady what it was because it was so messy she said “oh it was the ice cream. I had to remake it.” WHATEVER THAT MEANS IN REGARDS TO MY BAG BEING SOAKED IN ICE CREAM WHILE BEING HANDED TO ME. then she hands me my two chocolate blizzards dripping down the sides and so full, it was almost like she put the lid on after and all the ice cream squished out the sides. At this point I’m covered in ice cream and she has the audacity to ask me if I needed her to run in to grab me napkins…lol. I’m annoyed at this point so I said ugh no. Then she finishes handing me my Dr Pepper and straw again soaked and tearing open covered in melted ice cream. Hahah then she finishes by handing me the giant melted sliding vanilla ice cream cone, for my 2 year old..WITH NO NAPKINS! HAHAHAH honestly ruined my night. But that’s just me being dramatic. Problem 1) I put a review here for 4 stars, and I take that back. Every time recently has been terrible. One certain girl who brings food out is always disrespectful and genuinely creepy. This last time she didnt say a single word, and just stood there after I gave her my food. Looking at me weird Problem 2) just parked in a carhop stall about 30 minutes ago to get something before school, and was told to go through the drive through for the fastest service, when there had been 4 other people still waiting in the drive, and a couple other cars getting their food in other stalls. So I dont know why I had to go through drive. I didnt, because I don't want to wait forever. Problem 3) your employees always park in your carhop stalls, and right now you have limited stalls because some work being done, so they are taking up a lot of space. They have a place to park in the back, I see workers park there all the time. Why take up our room...

This is a terrible and incredibly slow sonic. Multiple times I've had to wait much longer than what should be expected for fast food. I have parked in a stall and was ignored for so long the order light turned off. Then I pushed the button again and replaced my order in case they lost it. It still took forever and after 30 minutes I left without my food. This isn't the only time I've waited this long. Drink orders are messed up frequently. I always drive to the location at maple and Tyler now. Always. Even if its out of my way. I really think there needs to be new management because it's been like this at...
