The old Pericos has been rejuvenated. Beautiful menu with lots of choices. I had the Fajita Poblano which was delicious. The steak was tender and cooked just right. Grilled onion, bell pepper and poblano peppers plus bacon and cheese finished the dish. Rice, refried beans and relish on a separate plate. Four of my friends had a variety of burritos. We were seated 15 minutes or more before a few other tables were and our order was rather simple, but our food came out with felt like 10 minites after the other tables food came out. Didn't even have time to enjoy our food because we had to go and something that should be have been a nice quick meal, turned into restaurant drama and we paid the price. Read moreI don’t usually eat here since the original Pericos changed it name and location. I decided to stop by and eat here. All in all it was ok. It would have been better had my food been hot. It was barely luke warm. I will say it did taste very good but I was a bit confused as to why the salsa was sweet. It tasted good but I’m just not used to salsa being sweet. Service was pretty good and the environment was decent. I did notice, however, that for it being “taco Tuesday” this place was extremely slow on business.
