I would like to preface this by saying that I try to not give a terrible rating based on one visit alone. That said, I have given this particular McDonald's all the chances in the world. Unfortunately I don't think I have ever had a truly positive (or even neutral) experience!
We just went stopped there and the almost $4 McFlurry was half full at most. My fiance ordered a small fry with no salt, but received fries that were so salted that we had to wipe them down with a napkin just to get some of the excess off.đ The last time we stopped I ordered a sweet tea, and just like the ice cream, it was not filled up. "Small" annoyances like that really add up quickly -- especially when you also have to deal with shotty customer service. The employees that I have had interactions with (almost always on night shift) have an attitude. One girl rolled her eyes because I asked for a straw. There is just no excuse to treat paying customers like that. I have worked my fair share of public service jobs; I worked at McDonald's in high school and even after graduation, so I have been there and done that. The fact is, if you do not like your job, or you do not like dealing with the public, you should promptly put in your two-week notice and go home. Otherwise, treat your customers with some respect!
I am sure someone want to know why I don't just go somewhere else if I have such an issue with this restaurant. My answer to you: I will stop [at that McD's] on my way home from the doctor in Cincinnati, once getting off the interstate. It is the first (and only) McDonald's I come to while on the AA Highway until I get all the way to Vanceburg. Also, I should not have to go to a different one solely because employees want to be impolite. They are the ones being paid to be there, so I humbly suggest they adjust...
Read moreAlways slow, always have to wait in a pickup spot, nearly always get my order wrong. Last time I went, I ordered a 3 piece tender, and I guess one of the employees or whoever was making my food either doesnt like me or was hungry because it literally only had 2 in the box like cmon man, you cant even make this up. Another time it was breakfast, and I ordered two sandwiches, BOTH containing sausage. Somehow one of them had bacon instead. Are you hiring people who can't read? I work in food service and I make quite the effort to ensure I am making or preparing the order correctly. Not to mention a blatant disregard for customers complaints. I remember while waiting in my spot like I always am, a manager was talking to someone next to me about how someone earlier was "complaining about nothing" and how "he can just go to another mcdonalds if he doesn't like it". Like if that's your way of thinking then I don't know what to tell you. Haven't been back since....
Read moreWORST McDonalds Location In Kentucky!!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit this location thereâs a problem. My last encounter took the cake! So first, I took the drive thru in hopes to have a decent lunch at least and after I place my order I was told to âpull up to drive one.â Thatâs not the bad part. So after pulling up to wait, at least five cars passed by with their orders with ease. (As Iâm waiting Iâm wondering what the waits about, I mean maybe Iâm waiting on the chicken nuggets) (I ordered a chicken nugget meal and quarter pounder meal) so long story short I get my food and go home all the way in fort Thomas and my burger is undercooked! Not to mention both large fries were cold from the jump! I had to go all the way back to this location to be given a hard time about getting my money refund after the manager seeing this pink burger!!!! WORST McDonaldâs moment ever and this location wonât be visited again and I wouldnât suggest it!!!! 0...
