I order some pizzas for pick up for my 3 little under 4 yr old tikes. I showed up to find out they did not complete my order. Specifically the pizzas that were for them. I took what they did prepare but then turned right around to return them since the order was not going to be consumed by my boys. I asked for my money back but the girl at the register said she couldn't. I asked why, she said the register wouldn't let her. After going back and forth she then called another co-worker who I believed must have been the shift manager, who had been listening the whole time. She "tried the register" and claimed that she reversed the purchase. I asked for a receipt for prof but she couldn't produce one. She explained to me to wait and see my account after 4 to 5 days. That I should see the refund, I wasn't convinced and asked for some kind or receipt. I was afraid that after so many days if I came in with no receipt I would have no prof to ask for my money back. To end my situation the purchase went through,, after 2 to 3 weeks I could not find my note they wrote with the info of the incident. There should have never been an issue to return my money right then and there, there should have been no reason to not provide a receipt and there should never been a reason to be charged for pizzas that I did not receive, right then and there. The lack of effort to provide a minimal service shows a lack of responsibility at all levels in that establishment. Never again because I doubt any resolution will...
Read morei hardly waste my time on chain pizza reviews, i mean, you usually get what you pay for 75% of the time and its more-a-less just late-night, lazy sustenance. Such was the case this evening. Decided to try Domino's because of the 50% off promo for ordering online. Usually always going with Papa...garlic sauce is king but because of the promo we went with 2 Brooklyn style specialty pies with modifications and the stuffed cheesey bread also modified. I was half expecting at least 2 things to be wrong whether it was temp, timing, or order not being right especially with the modifications. To my absolute and utter dismay we received 2 phenomenal, delicious, hot, tasty and cheesey Brooklyn style pizzas!! The stuffed cheesey bread oozed with cheese, bacon and garlic sauce! I was so floored i had to call and find out who was working and thank them. I couldnt hear him to well but the app said Jose M was our on-duty manager and pizza maker. Rebecca was the driver who ensured quick and hot delivery. Thank you to the team at this particular location. We will definitely give this spot another try. I work hard for my money so its nice to feel that it was well spent even on a late-night, lazy pizza night....
Read moreIf I could give minus stars this place would get them. Went inside store between 9 and 930 pm last night there was 3 employees in front and I know 1 for sure in back. Stood there between 5 and 10 minutes waiting to order only to be ignored by everyone in there. Final someone from back came out I went to order chicken carbenara( sp) was told they had no mushrooms or onions. Now what kind of pizza place runs out of those. So then I proceeded to order boneless chicken wing with garlic parm on one order and reg Buffalo on other was told they don't put sauce on their boneless wings. WTH on the board menu it states all the sauces and states boneless wings. Then under line it says bone in wings and their sauces. How can you advertise boneless wings with all these sauces but yet you don't put sauces on them. That's one place we will never go again. We get alot of pizza here at home but this is one place never to go. People rude don't recognize customers they make you stand there forever and then they don't have or don't do to serve their customers. Worst place ever sure hope managers sees...
