LOVE THIS PLACE! One of my favorite places to visit, I get in the door as often as I can. First the staff you will LOVE them!! Ask just ask these ladies can point you in the right direction. Not only do they have a ton of vitamin and heath care products in the storethank you instant gratificationthey will order me anything I can't seem to find. Yay Gluten Free Section! Cool weird beers. Not to mention organic meats in the cooler/freezer section. Don't forget to check around the registrar before you check out there's always some kind of organic goodies that temps me. I always have to add something after I'm all totaled up, I'm such a pain but they are always super nice about it :) Neat collection of Food Documentary DVDS, I've picked up a few. Only place in town with the large bottle of Dr. Bronners Soap! Tea Tree is my families favorite smell but lavender is a close second. Now that its Summer I'm enjoying the Soothie Shop in the back even more! Some really healthy options and some immune boosting add-ins. Whole place has a real general store feel to it and the build is super old and has lots of history (visit dooleys next door to see photos of the old hotel) very cool. As you can tell I'm enthusiastic customer but this place does rock! ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER = ONE...

I was extremely pleased with going here, called and had my questions answered before I even left my home, got there and it was a super friendly and welcoming environment , made me feel comfortable and right at home, didn't make me feel like I was out of place, it was my first time ever shopping at a organic herbal shop, and I was really pleased with everything, the young lady greeted me immediately, came and assisted me, explained everything to me in detail and layman terms so I fully understood what I was buying and it usage... Fully focused her attention on me and helping me find a solution to my issue, just from beginning to end, it was a fabulous experience!! I would highly recommend this place to others, don't judge , give it a try and visit, keep an open mind and you will have a great experience to!! Not to mention it's a local business and I'm all about supporting local businesses!! Also they are at the Open Air Market held on Friday afternoon/evenings here in Wilkes across from the old courthouse... Check...

I agree the store lacks greatly in customer service. I'm in the age group who has money and are very willing to spend lots of money on health products. If I walk into a store, especially a small business such as this one of which I know I will be paying much higher prices, I expect to have some sort of conversation and friendliness from staff. That does not exist in this store the few times I've been in the store. It's unfortunate but I will simply go back to online shopping. Mother earth is high priced and if you're going to have high prices you better have excellent customer service. I even asked twice for the manager to call me of which they never returned the call.....she was too busy. That also is very poor customer service. I suggest you hire people who know how to carry on a simple conversation. It's a very small store so it's not too busy that employees can't take a moment to be...
