This McDonalds goes out of it's way to undermine the meaning of service that McDonalds Corporate is trying to define as their standard. If you go inside this restaurant, don't expect "Table Service" through the McDonalds App to mean they will bring your order to your table ("Like the app says they will"). This location is absolutely not interested in providing customer service at any level, and can't be bothered to clean either tables, or the drink station. If you order a cheeseburger, you can expect half the slice of cheese to be completely not touching the burger or bun because this location can't be bothered to take half a second to uphold McDonalds quality standards and keep everything within the bun. You can tell they are just throwing old, stale, cold meat and cheese onto a stale bun without any regard to quality whatsoever.
This is the worst McDonalds I have ever encountered - and believing it was likely an isolated incident, I have visited it multiple times over the last month. Every time without fail the service and quality was absolutely bottom of the barrel. I got actually hot food items a total of two times while I have been here way more times than I should.
But it's a small town, with limited options, and they know it and pride themselves on being the last resort...and clearly have no intention of taking any kind of pride in their work.
The owner of this restaurant is clearly not involved and not interested in upholding McDonalds quality standards, which defined how franchises should be held accountable. I will be reporting this location and it's owner to Corporate. What a shame.

Read moreNo No No! Understaffed! Over worked!! I want the DMs number. This is ridiculous. We again are trying to get back to full service to fast. The Lobby needs to stay closed especially sense they are under staffed and not enough people. Dial it back. My son and I ate here today for brunch. Fry were hot, service took 25 minutes. It was a train wreck. The employees were trying to keep up but had no direction to go. They had 1 they had to send to break because she was frazzled another on line making food and 1 in drive through being pulled in all directions. Noone working the counter at all. I watched thousands of dollars walk out today because here we go let's push everyone to there breaking point. Whoever the DM is at this location here is the "Free Advice". Close your lobby turn off curbside. Your understaffed and your guest are suffering because of it. People are getting messed up, wrong, and cold orders. You are failing your team Mr. DM/ Owners. Help your staff. They need it. I can imagine your turn over rate is 90%. Less then a month. Hope you listen and take my advice. If you want to actually make money owning your restaurant it needs to start back slowly and get staffed fully first. Then you need to help your older population with ordering on the kiosk. Read moreIf I was able to put zero stars I would! I went here to just have breakfast with my family. Instead, I had terrible service with the employees here. They were rude and not friendly. I had order 4 egg Mcmuffin's, and I found out about two of them weren't even cooked all the way. I had already eaten half since that part seemed normal until I bit into a runny, undercooked egg yolk. I was confused so I checked the others and found another that was not cooked all the way as well. I went to go talk and try to get another sandwich or get a refund but the employee was rude and said that is how it is made! Which is NOT how it was supposed to be. We asked for the manager but they were ignoring us purposefully. About 5-10 minutes later we then talked to the general manager, her name is serena. When she came to us she was rude and disrespectful. Saying she'll only refund us one, when both were undercooked. Serena the manager was really difficult about giving us a refund or fixing the situation with a new sandwich. After going back and forth with her, she just said she's only going to refund only one sandwich. I just agreed becuase I got tired of how the staff was to us.
