James Saul Dr. BATAVIA OHIO, If you're coming here to buy spicy chicken sandwiches, or the pretzel baconator, or biggie bags, or even want a receipt, or human decency, go to a different Wendy's.
I gave them the convenience of ordering online and picking up thru the drive thru. So they had the ability to read my order instead of listening to me. I ordered a jr bacon biggie bag, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, a pretzel baconator with no ketchup or mayo, add mustard. While waiting I heard the man who took the order call back to the kitchen to put Ketchup and Mayo on the baconator and hoped he didn't mean mine.
Once I got my bag I pulled up a bit to check the receipt and the order. Oh, wait, he didn't provide a receipt... Shocking.
What I received was a biggie bag with Luke Warm fries, cold nuggets, and haphazardly thrown together jr bacon. Not even one packet of the BBQ sauce I ordered for her nuggets. And Forget a napkin.
Two of the saddest, smallest, flattened by hand, still has finger marks in the buns, chicken doesn't even cover the bun, cold, spicy chickens, and a pretzel baconator hot and fresh off the grill with ketchup, and mayo. I mean heaps of ketchup, it's been poured on with a ladle. It's all over the wrapper, the burger bun top doesn't need to be opened to know this thing is loaded with an absurd amount of ketchup. Instead of insisting to remake the entire order, I'm only going to ask about my burger, so, I circled around back to the menu board and the same grown man sees me and refuses to acknowledge me sitting at the board with the pretzel burger in my hand on the door. I wait. The truck at the window eventually pulls away with their food, and he still doesn't speak to me so I pulled to the window. He finishes his conversation and opens the window. I Handed him the burger and explained, "this isn't what I ordered" He rudely states, "okay! we will do it" Didn't even ask what was wrong with it. It takes over ten minutes. I waited for 12 exact minutes to remake the burger. The new baconator had mustard but only one half strip of bacon between the two patties. Like they were so inconvenienced by my order I should choose between wanting the condiment I want, or the ingredients that come on the baconator. Which isn't half a strip of bacon. They turned off the beeping while I waited, I assume was the drive thru timer? This has been my favorite Wendy's in the tristate for about 7 years. I live near Hillsboro, so I make the trip out of my way several times a month.
This is my third strike from this Wendy's in the past 3 weeks. I'll be saving lots of time from now on. When staff are deliberately messing up orders, it's time to stop giving the company my money. Goodbye, Wendy's, was nice knowing ya!...
Read moresat at drive thru for 5 minutes no one took my order. Go to first window, dude looks right at me and doesn’t come to window. Go to second window knock no one comes. Slide the window open and yell hello. Dude looks at me again never comes to the window. 12 minutes go by before I leave. As I’m leaving I call their number. Dude picks up. I ask what’s going on tell him what happened and he says “yeah that should have been a hint that we weren’t going to take your order we are short staffed and had to start lunch” and then proceeds to hang up on me! like dude you made eye contact with me. You knew I was there and let me sit there to the point I will never come back. 2 years of being a weekly customer and I am so mad I won’t ever be returning. I get being short staffed but customer service isn’t that difficult even if it means saying “ I’m sorry we are closed for 15 minutes until lunch”. Worst management...
Read moreAbsolutely love Wendy's. Never had an issue with any Wendys. This was our first and last time visiting this Wendy's. Very dirty. Ice all over floor, floor slick. No one cleaned it up the hour we were there. Prepared our baconator fries first sat them on the counter, got our sandwiches 15 mins later. The reason we got our sandwiches late, they started they handed then out the drive thru window. Fries were ice cold. One sandwich was wrong, took back to the counter and the woman says "I knew that was wrong.". Why send it out then? Ate, went to the counter for a Frosty. waited in line with one person in front of me. The woman taking the order was also preparing food with gloves on, came back to the counter flipped her hair out of her face with her hands, took the lady in front of me order, cashed her out and went to prepare her food.All with the same gloves on. We immediately left.
