Biddle's has just earned a customer for life.

Today is my girlfriend's birthday and she is on a low sugar diet. More than anything she wanted a keto cheesecake from a local bakery that is pretty well-known for making keto desserts. When I called the other place to put in my order... we'll just say they weren't helpful or understanding and even with a fair bit of notice, they wouldn't make the cheesecake I wanted to order.

I asked my mother if she could help me find a bakery that makes keto desserts. No luck.

Mom called Biddle's after a friend suggested it. Whoever answered the phone said that they don't usually make keto desserts, but they had the ingredients and they'd be willing to give it a try!!! How awesome is that?!?!

Even better: when we actually cut into the cheesecake, it was DELICIOUS! If no one told me that it was keto, I might not have known.

It truly made my girlfriend's birthday very special. I am so grateful for the kindness and excellence that with which these folks acted. This is what makes people want to support local businesses. Awesome food, awesome service, awesome people.

My favorite coffee shop! Not only are their coffees the absolute best, but the employees are just the the happiest most energetic morning people. You can tell that they have a good time working together. That is something you don’t see often. It’s awesome!! Oh, and their baked goods are amazing!

My maple bacon turnover was tasty, but I couldn’t taste much bacon. It was lost in the glaze. I’ll order it again though because the pastry was perfect! The Tiger Stripe was tasty and definitely gave me the oomph to get through the morning. The staff were so friendly and I loved seeing them interact with other patrons like family, and I went through the drive through, so you know they’re in the coffee business...
