This is normally a favorite but the service I recieved today was not up to par WHILE watching others around me get great service. Despite the server cleaning up the counter in front of me almost as soon i sat down it was a solid 5+ minutes before she returned with a menu and then another 5 minutes before she came to take my order. She checked back on the folks sitting beside me and gave them more coffee but never offered me any. I have had my card out for about cgi had my card out, sat immediately next to me and had a coffee and her order taken within 3 minutes . Setvr did ask how I was doing and if I wanted coffee eventually but by that point I'd had my food for 25 minutes, been done eating for about 10, had my card in my hand for 10 and was physically standing in hopes someone would see me. It's awesome to treat your locals and regulars well but it can't come at the expense of others. I'll definitely avoid coming here on busy Sundays now and stick to week days. Read moreI hate to give this restaurant a bad review but my Thanksgiving dinner was, shall we say, a little smaller than I expected? I eat here frequently, sometimes two times a week. Never had a rude waiter , never had a bad meal , never thought the portions were too small. So I thought I'd give myself a treat and buy their Thanksgiving dinner. Frankly I'm still hoping that somehow this was all just a terrible mistake. To say that the portions were small would be a grotesque understatement. They came in what I can only describe as containers usually used put tartar sauce in . I measured the gravy: there was a quarter of cup. Everything else was half a cup. (Just in case you don't believe me I'm planning on posting a picture of the cups on Facebook.) I can't begin to imagine what happened! Read moreThe foods good and workers are friendly but the owner doesn't seem to know how to properly run a restaurant. I know many people that have worked in restaurants before this one and were told that it just "wasn't working out" they seem to have new staff ever week. The owner demanding of her employees and when not around an older waitress is demanding and straight up rude to other employees in front of customers. There are many things that you would probably think is a health code violation like unused straws get put back, and all unused butter gets put back. The Glasses are cleaned very quickly and what seems like too fast. They are scrubbed in soapy water for 5 seconds then dunked in hot water then dunked in a water that is blue and then left to dry. The plates when served are normally too hot to touch and are left to cool down so that by the time people get there food it is either old or the person carrying the food...
