Always in the mood for a sweet treat, LegenDairy was a great spot. First time in Vermont, I was looking forward to trying some yummy ice cream from a local spot. This place has more options than you can fathom. You can opt from hard served, soft-served, a twist, the options are endless. The menu is posted outside the walk up window. They are also cash only. This was my second visit to this place. They have a large selection of options that would satisfy anyone's cravings. The prices are reasonable, but the customer service is lacking. The person taking orders either misheard or wrote down the wrong orders for multiple parties of people and the person handing out the ice cream kept telling people that they didn't know what they ordered because she made it the way it was written down. This happened to someone in my party as well as another person from a different group that was ahead of us. Legendairy is an amazing place to feel appreciated and get amazing ice cream. A small and local company that operates in a small town, this creates a very homey atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Also the ice cream is near impossible to beat. Maybe you want more options than just ice cream? That’s a fair point, however, Legendairy prizes quality over variety, and the Creemees or ice cream you get there are the best. And did I mention the portions are HUGE?
