Ok. I'm a patient man and this wouldn't have happened if I'd fasted like I was supposed to do today. I go through the drive-thru. I order two cheese burgers, not the meal, just the sandwiches. But I ask the girl for one to be the regular way and for the other to have added lettuce, tomato, SLIVERED onions and a lil mayo. The onions were too much for her. She kept saying SILVER onions. Anyway after way too much back n forth, I pull around, pay, pull up to the 2nd window, grab the back and I'm out. I was behind a car about to pull out onto the road when I decided to check. (SIGH) Two regularly prepared cheeseburgers. I get back in a long line. I explain at the intercom. It took longer than it needed to. I'm told to ask for a manager at the window because she can't handle that. Fine. I pull up to where you pay. He says pull up to next window. I get there. I explain. A manager comes briefly and says, "Here you go. These are fresh." Bet! I oil out onto the road, get a little ways, reach in the bag, open a regularly prepared one, wrap it back up. Open the other? NO ONIONS and way too much mayo after she confirm LITE mayo. I go back and have to wait again. This time the conversation was crazy. This chickenhead doesn't know how to say SLIVERED. I finally said, "How many kinds of onions do you serve?" "Three" "What are they?" "Diced, crispy and SILVER." I don't see how deductive reasoning want used. What I asked for sounded nothing like DICED or CRISPY!!! This went on until I said, "Fine. If you want to call them silver like a chain you wear around your neck, fine. SILVER ONION!!!" For some reason she has to confirm and confirm again. Fitting all of this, by the way, she asked me if what was in the screen was correct. There was nothing on the screen. Anyway, after I regretfully let out a "Jesus Christ"(dirty Lord), I said, "No nevermind. I'll be around to speak to a manager." By this time, I'm raising my voice and an with angry. Now I drive right past the payment window to the pick up window. A girl comes to the window with some damn egg McMuffin. I say, "No. I want the manager." Meagan comes to the window with a bag. I have her back everything that is received the 2nd time thru the drive-thru and said, "No, I just want my money back." She refunded my money. Have me the bag anyway and a coupon if some sort. She had a lovely face and I told her so. We had a laugh about SILVER vs SLIVER and I explained that I am generally a very patient man. I thanked her and we said goodbye. Finally, the order was right...except there was still a lil too...
Read moreI use to be an employee here awhile back before moving, and I can say that I had the most worse experience with the manager and coworkers. I have a disability, they’ve taken advantage of it by switching my schedules around during the holidays that I have requested off for. They would screw up some newcomers schedule as well and the communication is extremely off. When I ask for help from the managers or coworkers they give me attitude. I’ve been yelled at by managers while trying to take another customers order through drive thru, when I’m yelled at I blank out and just want to cry. I can say that the coworkers and managers here are extremely disrespectful to the customers. I prefer wanting the customers to have a better customer service while not being giving an attitude. I remember one of the assistant managers taking an order for a customer and giving them attitude and when they pulled up the customer looks at me confused because I have a softer voice than what the assistant manager has, the most ai could do for the customer is apologize for my assistant managers attitude. I remember quitting on valentine’s day after a customer or so gave me a box of chocolates as a gift and had to make sure It was for me and not the manager. I was in a good mood and doing my job as normally until just being yelled at completely in my face and blanking out. The entire staff needs readjustments including the manager. They're the reason I avoid working at fast food places to earn money. The most I can say is what’s done is done and to the new ones wanting to work here Id recommend somewhere else, they will mess up your...

9/14/18 I specifically asked for no mustard no pickle on my McDouble and they didn't put it on but they also forgot to add the onions and they drenched the bun in so much ketchup I couldn't even eat it!! BOTH BURGERS were the same... RUINED. Although I didn't order them tonight, the fries are a hit or miss. It's either warm and salty or hot and no salt. Why can't I just always get HOT salted fries. I guess that one time was a fluke. I would drive back to this place but my bra is off and I'm tired, I didn't want to cook, I wanted a quick burger and McDonald's was the closest. Next time, BK or Five Guys and it'll be worth the drive. Hopefully I won't find hair or a foreign object on my apple pie! Maybe I'll just keep my money and cook... lesson learned!
I don't know if it's new management but the French fries were finally hot and seasoned... it had flavor, not just salt. I almost went back to get more. I stopped eating McDonald's because it's just not the same but I'm always driving someone else there or picking up for someone. The cheese was actually melted on the burger. I hope it's not just around that time that it's good but all the time. I'll definitely try this place again...
