Me and my wife ordered from them at an event that was being held at a local brewery. I ordered the over priced brisket sandwich ($19.00) and nachos with brisket and peppers for $18.00.. first off $19.00 for a brisket sandwich and no sides, and $18.00 for some 39 cents Nachos. I understand brisket isnt cheap. When I asked for alitlle more cheese on the nachos they said we only put 4oz on but we'll give you another scoop, gee thanks. Once I bit into the sandwich there was a huge piece of fat, literally that was half the "meat" they put on the roll. Nachos weren't any better with the chunks of fat mixed in it. I don't believe they trime brisket up at all. On the plus side, what pieces of actual brisket that were in there was very tasty. Bottom line, Do better if your going to charge primo prices for your food. I will give them another shot and re-evaluate in the future. I don't normally write reviews but when you charge this much and get something so inedible others...
Read moreOrdered a fish sandwich w/ bbq sauce, fries, and potato salad. The winery was not busy at all however I still had to wait 25-30 mins. I received a piece of fish (no bun or bread), no bbq sauce, cold fries and mediocre potato salad. Did I mention it was $28 for all that? Earning them 2 additional stars is the fact that I really enjoyed my fish and it was cooked very nice.
I would’ve went back to inquire about my “sandwich” however when I was placing an order there must’ve been a miscommunication between the truck people and another customer. The truck workers claimed an older woman never paid for her food and got snippy with her when she was explaining that she did. Slip ups happen, but the attitude from the worker was inexcusable and everyone from the patio heard this...
Read moreAfter we ordered and payed ($28 each for combos) they told us they were “out of fries”, so my wife got double mac and cheese. I had ordered their Brisket and Seafood combo, paid for it, then was told they “were out of fried stuff”, that meant the seafood part and the extra$ for shrimp. Apparently they were not actually cooking anything in the truck, so half our orders were substitutes AFTER WE HAD ALREADY PAID. So the whole “seafood” part of my order was not available, though they still let me pay for it first.
What we got was dry brisket, overdone smoked turkey legs and ribs, and way too salty and soggy mac&cheese. They should be ashamed of that they served us. Terrible customer service as well. Avoid...
