A for inconsistency. My 4 YO loves pistachio. Older gal came up with every excuse in the book not to pull it from the back freezer including make me feel like a bad dad for allowing her to eat, yes I know, frozen ice cream?! It was going to be too cold I was told. Huh? My wife goes in on a separate time and says her usual order and the same lady says, no you don’t. She literally tells my wife that’s not what she wants in her ice cream. Huh? Tonight two guys in front of me. Same lady. He asks for a waffle cone she says they are going to be too soft because they just made them. Ok, fair enough. He says that’s fine. He wants it. She argues with him about it. Hey lady, are you paying for the limp cone or is he? You made your point now give him the cone. So now it’s my turn to be battered by my ice cream selection and the French vanilla is rock hard I’m told. Somebody didn’t get it out of the freezer on time, or whatever the routine is. So my gotta have its turned into can’t get its. The owners should get a slap from corporate for inconsistency. Read moreI’m not sure if you have quality control issues or if there is a lack of training. But the quality consistency just gets worse instead of better. I ordered through door dash tonight and I was sent the wrong size/container. Not only does this suck because it was supposed to be a pint container for us share out during the week. They sent it in a container that would cause freezer frost on the ice cream. Instead of using a bigger container if one was available that was meant for storage if you ran out of the other one. Not only was that poor judgement but also the containers were all not wiped off so ice cream was all over the place in the bag, on the containers and dripping.
