Meg-A-Latte | Coffee House (Harvest Location) — Restaurant in Williston

This isn't my favorite coffee in the world, but it does the trick. Atmosphere inside the stores is great, too. But the lines are long, staff do not communicate, and waits can be upwards of half an hour. Asked for Banana Nut muffins and 2 coffees on an online order, yet received blueberry muffins and waited over 30 minutes for two mochas to come out before I walked out. Apparently despite the cashier knowing we were there, no one had communicated to give us our drinks that were also not sitting out for us to take with other online orders. When I called to complain I just got excuses instead of solutions. Should really work with their staff on timeliness, communication, and a customer-first mentality. Definitely...

I went back and forth on writing this but people should know. Please keep track of your charges. When I got my receipt I scratched the tip part out and gave a dollar tip in cash. Thankfully my card notifies me of all charges including adjusted ones. My 2nd notification was 2 dollars more. Found out someone took it upon themselves to add more tip. This is completely illegal! I had placed an online order and I came there tonight after they closed and the lady with short blonde hair that greeted me at the door was so nice about it.
