Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Williston

Horrible customer service! Screwed up order had no other customers and the food was terrible! Jimmy John’s in Billings MT is fantastic the Williston ND establishment is terrible.was told if the sandwich is not cut it’s because they are too busy, was told the reason the tea had no ice in it and was warm was because we came through the drive up and didn’t request ice. When they cut our 2 sandwiches in front of us they cut through the paper and got paper shaving in the middle then just wrapped over the paper with new paper then handed it to us! They gave us the wrong sandwich’s to start so we had to go back and then start the whole ordeal I just explained BUT all this happened and they had no customers SOOOO I would hate to see what would happen if they were busy!! I will never go back this is the third time and I finally quick making excuses for them enough is enough if you want to charge the prices you do give me what I’m paying for and properly train your staff...

I had a great experience with the Williston Jimmy John's recently. I placed an order online and completely forgot to change the time on the order to the following day when I needed it and instead placed it for the day I ordered. I called about the order the following day and was informed of my mistake. I felt terrible and of course was happy to pay for the meal I never picked up and Jimmy John's was still able to get my order ready when I needed it. When I went in to pay, they told me they had compensated my entire order as they understand things happen. I was so extremely grateful and did not expect that at all. Normally I love Jimmy John's sandwiches. They are the best as far as I'm concerned. However this particular location has some has some downsides. I don't know why, but their prices seem to be much much more than Jimmy John's in other locations. If you're buying for an individual, it doesn't seem like that much. You really see it when you buy for a group of people. I was going to make a purchase for me and my wife and kids, a bill that would normally cost around $30 back in Utah, but here they wanted almost $55.
