La Cocina — Restaurant in Williston

✌️We would stop at La Cocina every single day, maybe twice a day, if the menu had vegetarian options. Just a suggestion. La Cocina could easily double their business especially using Doordash and having vegetarian options on the menu (that people see from their phone)🥬

This authentic restaurant looks perfect! The atmosphere and the vibe is wholesome. I love it.💜

Unfortunately I see no vegetarian options or marketing on the menu. They are missing out on a huge market 💲💲💲💲 If anyone wants to know..one reason Taco Bell ( I know it's lower quality than authentic Latin food but hear me out) is remaining strong in the fast food world is because it is known as a HAVEN for vegetarians, this STYLE food is a huge part of MOST vegetarians diet. Anyway I'm just suggesting La Cocina consider focusing on this as they would make a lot more money. There are not a lot of options in Williston and like I said we would stop here everyday.

Highly recommend to support this place if you live in Williston 🤠 I would definitely eat here if I ate meat. We would stop every single day since we live around the corner. I hope to see their business grow...

I was getting a windshield replaced next door and the food here looked good and smelled good so I decided to order a burrito. The gal behind the counter was very patient, friendly, and kind. (I wasn’t sure what went in a burrito) After I ordered, next door told me the windshield was done, so I went back and told the gal to cancel my order, but they could just keep the money. She no, that wasn’t fair. So she refunded me. I thought that was really awesome of her to do. The food on people’s plates looked good, I was just in a hurry is why I didn’t wait....

2 steak tacos and a diet coke for 11 bucks is pretty good price, regardless of how I felt about the food. Steak was cooked well and tender, however it really lacked flavor. I’m not really sure if they even seasoned the steak, which doesn’t taste bad at all, just very… meh.

The toppings bar was quite small, only onions, Cilantro, lime, and I believe sugar beets?? That was a bit disappointing, but the sauces were good. While the food was meh, the service was amazing. Super nice and friendly ladies, food was fast, and was...
