Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wilmington

The WORST dunks you can possibly go too, the workers are VERY DISRESPECTFUL, there’s a young girl who makes coffees who has her hair dyed a certain colour who just screams and gives customers attitude PURPOSELY and an older lady throws food across to the table ignoring the fact that she messes up the food, I got my croissant burnt and ripped. They stress over the littlest things. AS A FORMER Dunkin donuts employee I can say they have it easy since they don’t have a drive thru but still at least have the decency to be polite and not give customers attitude or scream at people like a psycho path who actually has something not as bad as having a drive thru in revere MA near a highway with cars being pulling up and creating a massive line that goes deep in the highway. This staff has no sense of respect and should NOT work at this or any dunks.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now, as I am a bus monitor for a school in the area. Usually, it’s always pleasant, but TODAY, i was highly disappointed & angry. The young woman with blue tipped hair decided she would make HER OWN FOOD, then clock out & walk out. When I LOUDLY said “are you serious?!” The young man asked her about MY order & she acted like she never saw the order, however I was in there for 10 minutes, waiting for a sandwich. I was ASTONISHED that she had the nerve to make her own food to walk out with instead of fulfilling customers orders first

Went to drive thru only ordered two hot coffees one regular coffee and one hot french vanilla and four doughnuts an plain old fashioned , Boston cream, Blueberry cake,and a chocolate glazed..the french vanilla wasn't right tasted horrible and messed up our doughnuts...girl had even repeated the order back to us correctly... don't know how it got so messed up...if not just passing through on a road trip.. would have definitely went back and had it straightened out... guess everyone is entitled to a bad day...not that we won't be back again..but definitely will check it out before we...
