Loads of ingredients/toppings in the ramen which is AMAZING. They also NAILED that pork. So. Tender. They honestly did it better than some ramen shops I’ve been to. The one flaw was the broth. It didn’t pack enough flavor. The spicy garlic ramen’s broth felt and tasted like straight oil, lacking any other flavors. Also, they left the soup and ramen in the same container which, if you are driving it to another location to eat instead of eating in your car at the parking lot, will leave the noodles soggy (because it’s been sitting in liquid). I totally get it if that’s what usually happens (eating in the car) but I wanted to eat back at the inn I was staying at and the >10 min drive slightly ruined the noodles 🄲

Bringing home hot ramen after snowboarding all day is one of my great joys in life. This is stuff is good!! High quality ramen with flavorful broth, and somehow they get the soft boiled egg perfect every time, even from a food truck. PRO-TIP: A full bowl is more than enough for a meal, but I always take home a steamed bun or two for lunch the next day. It holds up well and you won’t regret it!! I wish there was a warm spot like a heated tent to sit and eat after the sun goes down, but the picnic table is nice when it’s outside weather. Visit the River Valley Market to shop for maple syrup and cider donuts while you wait for your food. šŸ˜™šŸ‘ŒšŸ½āœØ

Brandon and his team at Nomad Chefs recently catered our 160 person wedding. They overdelivered on service, taste and creativity. Let's just say no one went home hungry or unsatisfied! We chose the Argentinian grille (chicken, steak, shrimp & veggies) coupled with Bao buns, salads and sides. Brandon created a unique spread of appetizers for our guests and they're still raving about the lobster rolls! Highly recommend Brandon and his team.

Little would you knoe that there was outstanding gourmet Asian fusion in the parking lot of the River Valley Market. This truck puts out the best buns I have ever tasted. Soft, white, and pillowey, these clouds of deliciousness are smothered in different meats, veggies and a delicious japanese style spicy (very) mayo. I want to try every single bun variety! I had the BBQ chicken special and it was a fantastic combination of classic BBQ and Asian flavors. The rice bowls are a mix of perfectly cooked mango jasmine rice with crisp veggies, fresh avacado and tender meat....
