In the corner of the River Valley Market you can find BBQ gold, This is some real deal barbecue. The food is outstanding and the service is even better. Incredibly friendly crew, this truck is deciptively busy. While you likely we won't see a huge crowd here, you will find that after sitting for like 20 minutes just how many people come and go. The friendliness must be contagious, because the patrons are all happy to chat it up with each other. I had the pulled pork plate, and it was smokey, sweet with a good vinegar bite. The meat was incredibly high quality. The cornbread was great and tasted homemade. The fries are crisp and big on taste. I will definitely be back to try more dishes. The Buffalo wings are enormous and smoked with the skins bei g decently rendered. They were delicious, but for me the sauce was way too sweet and the blue cheese wasn't very good. But the meat itself was delicious and we'll cooked.
Pro Tip: get there early - for my visit there was only a few menu...
