Update your website. It's 2018 and websites have been around for decades, no excuse to have prices that are off by 25% on your website. I ordered a menu item that was supposed to be $6.25 and showed up to be charged $8 for it. At least mention the actual total price when people call on the phone. Otherwise you're no better than a sleazy car salesman. The sandwich itself was okay, the meat was warm but the dressing was cold so it was quite off-putting to eat immediately. I brought it back to work and heated it in the toaster oven and it tasted pretty damn good. So much potential but execution is flawed. I picked up the sandwich in 10 minutes of ordering when they told me to give them 15 mins so it really should've been completely warm. Meant to order from Pizza Mia in Tewksbury so part of this is my fault. Ordered two large pizzas for my family, waited an hour for delivery and when we got the pizzas they were so burnt on the bottom no one wanted to eat it. It tasted like cardboard. I called to complain and the guy said “yeah well you ordered from Wilmington and we don’t normally deliver to Lowell. Sorry about that, It’s far so I don’t want to send out a driver with new pizzas” I said “no I don’t want new pizzas I just wanted you to know how gross it was.” He said sorry, and that was it. I had the best pastrami sandwich ever from this place. In all my years that I worked as an Executive Sous Chef and the traveling I’ve done between the coasts I have never tasted a better sub. Kudos to Matt who made my sandwich, I had to come back in after eating it to shake his hand. Most places undercook the onions but he cooked them exactly how I like them in my subs and the pastrami was fantastic. Fast and friendly service with GREAT prices, I will definitely be back and will be spreading the word...
