The Grind Coffee + Cafe — Restaurant in Wilmot

All I can say is wow. I previously worked at a high caliber specialty coffee shop and have extremely high standards for coffee. I got a Lotus drink (highly recommend trying this), a creme brulee latte, medium roast drip coffee, and a roast beef panini with chips and salsa. Everything was really good, but the Lotus drink and the latte were definitely highlights. This is arguably one of the best coffee shops in South Dakota and certainly a hidden gem. I patiently waited, with high hopes, the town of Wilmot would open a coffee shop; it finally happened! The Grind is the perfect addition to this small community. Everything, from the minute you walk through the door, is wonderful. The food is delish. The smiles and friendly words from the owner and all the employees, make the experience even more fabulous.
