Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wilton

I especially like this place in comparison to the others I have visited. They're fast and efficient. The other DD's that I have been to make mistakes often, but not here . The Wilton DD has never made a mistake when servicing me while the others make it a habit. The place is even set up better than most. The help is exceptional, polite, prompt and they know you from your voice. Give this place a huge thumbs up and rate it a 7 if I could. 4years ago I had a very bad experience at the Wilton DDs with crazy + rude employee. All honesty ...I avoided the place for years, but recently started going there for my Cold Brew that gets me thru lol! Oh my gosh, what a difference in the staff!!! I've been coming to this location for over a year now. This group of employees are some of the best I've ever seen. They are kind, they listen, and they make you feel welcomed. Very, very few mistakes. And the rare occasion, they are more than happy to fix it. Again, extremely rare.
