Adam and Ryan were absolutely stellar with catering for a small wedding that we had in town. Catering was one of the last items that I got together and was my biggest stress point as I didnt know what I wanted to do. People always tell you "dont worry about food, nobody will remember it" and let me tell you that is not what happened here. I am quite certain that 50% of my wedding was spent talking about how incredible the food was and I still have people talking about it several weeks later. The quality of the meat is top tier and literally melts in your mouth. The guac dissapeared before I could even get to it so from what I hear it was delicious. Couple that with how awesome the team was starting with communication and through the wedding, they were beyond awesome. Very cool vibe, even better food and service was so super quick! Like the iPad ordering thing, I’d never seen that before. My husband and I tried the brisket, burger, mushrooms, wedge salad, rice, beans, chips, and two salsas. The fresh salsa verde was PHENOMINAL over top the char grilled flavor of the hot foods. Love BBQ mushrooms for vegetarian friends. I already informed mine to get over there and try them so they are excited to have that option. Parking was easy and right there too. I’m definitely going to meet family here in the future because not only do we all love BBQ but the kids can run around while we enjoy sitting under the trees in Wimberley! This is my new favorite outdoor spot in Wimberly! The food is absolutely incredible, everything we tried was super well-cooked and tasted delicious. It's very noticeable that they only use quality local ingredients. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. The atmosphere is laid back and peaceful. Plenty of parking all around the area if you're unable to find a spot directly at Neon Armadillo. It's located right in the middle of everything, so it's a great choice for lunch if you're looking to explore nearby establishments. Plenty of room for kids to run around and play as well. The outdoor seating area has two televisions if you're looking to watch a game etc. 10/10 will definitely recommend...
