Was just in the Dunkin Donuts at the Valero station and listened to the cashier have conversations with people across the store. She told the customer in front of me after an already long wait that she be right with him to take his order, and then went back and had a conversation with a personal acquaintance while we both stood and waited. We both walked out of the store within 30 or 40 seconds. Absolutely abysmal... happy to bring my business across town to the Dunkin Donuts in North Windham instead. After waiting 10 minutes inside for my mobile order I had ordered 20 minutes before, a nice young man attended to me. The girl Gabby totally ignored and disregarded everyone at the register when she came to the front. Her friend came in and she jumped up to serve her a free beverage over everyone else even though people were waiting. The young man asked gabby what my order was and she said she didn't know as she proceeded to make her friend that just walked through the door free beverage over everyone else that was waiting.... smh... we have to do...
