Bear smokehouse offers consistent quality throughout my many visits there. It checks off all the boxes you would expect at a smokehouse. The main service area is very open and family oriented. The bar sometimes has karaoke and other events. Probably the more notable things on the menu would include the moink balls, balls, the brisket, the spicy Texas sausage, and the burnt ends. There's a series of great sides, most notably either the broccoli salad or collard greens. Corn bread is decent and the new brisket chili is worth checking out. Me and my fiancé came here for the second time since moving from Oklahoma in September, one employee really stuck out to us. She was patient despite the rush happening, I ordered the super spud and all the way down to the presentation was WONDERFUL!!! We WILL be coming back (: I was also very happy with how the food taste and my service. I do wanna point her out because I believe she deserves recognition. Delicious! I had the macho nacho, and the mashed sweet potatoes. I know that nachos are not the best option for delivery because of the soggy chip factor_ so that is on me.
