They do not fill out 'On The Go' orders until you arrive, and even then you will have to still wait in line.

If you go through the drive through, the speaker/mic where you place your orders is right next to the HVAC system, so you will have to repeat your order several times. However, even when you get to the window to clarify your order, you will still have to repeat your order another 2 or 3 times, with them still making the wrong size or not knowing how to make the more specialty drinks like Americana.

Avoid this location, and go to the best D&D in Windsor, located at 503 Windsor Ave. They nail it every single time, and they actually seem to be happy...

i went there this morning for a egg n cheese english muffin n vanilla bean coolata with whipped cream n three shots of hazelnut (i order this regularly) i ordered at 9:58 am about 4-5 ppl came in after me n all got their orders before i did they even all spoke up for me telling the staff i had been waiting for longer than them. i finally get my sandwhich after 10 minutes of waiting but still waited 15 more minutes for my coolata the girl on drinks was making every other drink accept mine. it wasn’t until someone asked me wat i was waiting for that my drink was finally made. i waited a total of 25 minutes...

The service is unreasonably slow and they get my extremely simple order wrong about 3/5 days out of the week. Occasionally they give my coffee to other people in the drive thru line and have to make me a new one when i get to the window. I honestly think that if i ordered anything but a large black coffee i wouldn't be able to come here for fear of them messing it up too bad.
